Developing residential and mixed-use communities across the Greater Toronto Area.

Building on a Legacy

Founded in 2008 by Stephen Diamond, DiamondCorp was built on the legacy of development excellence established by his father, the late Ephraim Diamond, almost 70 years ago. Committed to the future growth of the Greater Toronto Area, DiamondCorp brings forward a history of dedication and experience to develop innovative, high-quality, award-winning communities.

We recognize the potential of under-utilized sites and apply practical solutions to planning policies and objectives.

By partnering with private and public sector organizations and working with councillors, municipal staff, and community groups, DiamondCorp has built a reputation as a creative developer with real-world solutions to complex challenges.

A long-term view.
A collaborative approach.

Every site is part of a neighbourhood. Bringing its potential to life means thinking about the residential, retail and commercial experiences that come together within a community.

Integrity, collaboration and innovation guide our work. We bring together planning and design expertise, working with partners, municipal staff and community groups to find practical solutions to complex sites.
