Ty Diamond

Having joined the organization in 2017, Ty is responsible for financial and strategic evaluation of both acquisitions and active development projects. In this role, Ty manages transaction due diligence, deal structuring and negotiations, pro forma analysis, and project financing, all with a focus toward creating value through the land development process.
