Madison joined DiamondCorp in 2016 and is responsible for leading new site acquisitions. In her role, Madison identifies and reviews prospective land acquisition opportunities through deal sourcing, due diligence and financial underwriting. Madison is also responsible for negotiating and implementing transaction and partnership agreements. She also provides continued financial oversight through the rezoning and development process.
