New life around Scrivener Square
The James brings new rental homes to Scrivener Square in Summerhill. The surrounding public-space design connects the development with the former North Toronto railway station.
Plans by landscape architects CCxA include a small park, pedestrian mews and an inner courtyard. These spaces are intended to give neighbours and residents places to pause just off Yonge Street, with a closer connection between the square and surrounding streets.
