A first home in an established Scarborough neighbourhood

Markham Sheppard forms part of Daniels’ FirstHome history in Toronto. DiamondCorp’s completed community at 5131 Sheppard Avenue East brought a new residential address to Scarborough.

The project’s focus on first-time homeownership adds another perspective to the portfolio. It places the experience of establishing a home alongside the larger work of adding housing to the city.
