No. 210 brings condominium homes to Simcoe Street in downtown Toronto. The development also included Artscape Lofts, a collection of affordable homes for artists and their families.
Artscape’s project record credits the City’s housing and planning programs alongside development partners Sorbara Group and DiamondCorp. That collaboration is part of the building’s history and its connection to Toronto’s creative community.
