159SW

159SW takes its name from its downtown address at Sherbourne and Wellesley. The condominium brings new homes to the intersection, with architecture by E.I. Richmond and interiors by U31.

The project’s design includes outdoor space for recreation and gathering, including a running track and rooftop terrace. These shared spaces add another dimension to daily life in a downtown home.
