Lauren Tollstam
Director of Development
Lauren Tollstam is a Director of Development with DiamondCorp and is responsible for over 4.4 million square feet of mixed-use and residential development within the City of Toronto. She works on all stages of the development approval process including Official Plan Amendments, Zoning-By-law Amendments, Plans of Subdivisions, Part Lot Control Exemptions, Minor Variances and Site Plan Applications. Lauren is adept at managing multiple teams of project consultants, negotiating project approvals and agreements with municipal staff, and working with stakeholder groups.
Lauren’s experience focuses on land use planning, project management, mixed-use and multi-building development projects, and community consultation.
