Upper East Village

Upper East Village brings condominium residences and townhomes together at Eglinton and Laird. The community’s design combines new homes with green space, retail and places to gather.

The mix introduces different scales of living into one neighbourhood. Residents can choose a home within a larger community while remaining connected to Leaside’s established streets and local destinations.
