Southshore

Southshore brings stacked and back-to-back townhomes to Twenty Fourth Street in Etobicoke. Developed with Minto Communities, the homes are arranged in seven blocks linked by interior pedestrian paths.

The City of Toronto included Southshore in its townhouse design case studies. Its built form shows another side of the portfolio: adding housing through a low-rise arrangement of homes and shared outdoor routes.
