A familiar destination, a wider neighbourhood
The vision for Sherway Gardens builds on a destination already known across the city. DiamondCorp and Cadillac Fairview’s master plan proposes homes, workplaces and retail around the retained shopping centre.
New parks, open spaces and walking and cycling connections are central to the plan. Together with a network of streets, they are intended to make the area a place to live and spend time as well as a place to shop.
