Five

FIVE brings contemporary homes together with a restored stretch of historic Yonge Street. Its development incorporated commercial buildings dating to the 1880s beneath a sculpted residential tower.

The work reaches beyond the building’s skyline profile. Sidewalk cafés, public art and the rebuilding of St. Nicholas Street give the project a presence at walking pace, where neighbours experience the city day to day.
