A new community near Victoria Park
Birchley Park is Diamond Kilmer Developments’ mixed-use community at 411 Victoria Park Avenue. The setting places its planned homes near Victoria Park subway station and the east-end neighbourhoods around it.
The community continues DiamondCorp and Kilmer Group’s work together on urban sites. Its location connects the development story with the daily routines of the people who will live here: getting around the city and exploring the surrounding streets.
