AYC
181 Bedford Rd, Toronto
At the meeting of the Annex and Yorkville
AYC takes its name from the Annex Yorkville Connection. At 181 Bedford Road, the community combines condominium residences and townhomes between two distinct Toronto neighbourhoods.
That variety of homes gives the development more than one scale. The tower and townhomes share a location shaped by the surrounding residential streets, with commercial space adding another use at the community’s edge.
